Flash Shopping Cart Creator

The standard menu options are available. Let's explore the menu options in this section.

File

The File menu has options to create a new shopping cart, open an existing cart, save, update, and publish the cart, and so on.

File Menu	Description
New	Opens the A4Desk Flash Shopping Cart Creator dialog from where you can select a template. TIP - You can also create a new shopping cart by clicking the New icon . For more details, see Selecting Template.
Open	Opens the Open dialog displaying the list of saved shopping carts. Select a shopping cart from the list. TIP - You can also open an existing shopping cart by clicking the Open icon . For more details, see Selecting Template.
Open Recent Project	Displays the list of recently opened project.
Save	Saves the shopping. While saving for the first time, the Save As dialog opens. Enter the File Name and click Save. TIP - You can also save a shopping cart by clicking the Save icon .
Save as	Saves a copy of the shopping cart. The Save As dialog opens. Enter a different File Name and click Save.
Publish	Publishes the shopping cart to a specified folder. TIP - You can also publish a shopping cart by clicking the Publish icon . For more details, see Publishing.
Publish To FTP	Publishes the shopping cart to the specified FTP location. TIP - You can also publish a shopping cart by clicking the Publish icon . For more details, see Publishing to FTP.
Update Cart in Project	Updates the shopping cart.
Exit	Closes the application. TIP - You can also use the shortcut keys [Ctrl]+[w] to close the application.

Options

The Edit menu has options to add and delete categories and products. This menu also allows you to rearrange the categories and products.

Edit Menu	Description
Add	Based on the level you are in, this menu allows adding of categories and products. For instance, if you are that the shop level (in the left pane), only the option Category is enabled. For more details, see Adding Categories. If you are at a category level, the options to Add general product, music product, and video product is enabled. For more details, see Adding Products.
Delete	Deletes the selected category or product.
Move up	Moves the selected category or product up in the tree. If the selected category or product is the first category or product, the option Move up will be disabled.
Move down	Moves the selected category or product down in the tree. If the selected category or product is the last category or product, the option Move up will be disabled.

View

The View menu has options to preview the shopping cart in browser and to expand and collapse the tree in the left pane.

View Menu	Description
Preview in browser	Previews the shopping cart in the browser. For more details, see Previewing Shopping Cart.
Expand all	Expands the tree in the left pane.
Collapse all	Collapses the tree in the left pane.

Options

The Options menu allows managing the FTP settings.

FTP Settings	Opens the FTP settings dialog where you can manage the settings. For more details, see Publishing to FTP.

The Help menu redirects you to various products of A4Desk.

Flash Interactive Map Builder	Redirects you to www.iMapBuilder.com, where you can create interactive maps online.
Online Interactive Image Mapper	Redirects you to www.imapbuilder.com/interactive-map-online/, where you can create interactive image maps online.
